Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

Our refund & exchange policy lasts for 15 days from the time you receive the goods. Delivery time according to logistics official data. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. But you can still contact us and we will do our best to solve your requirement.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the refund or exchange reason is not the product itself, you need to bear the international freight to our china warehouse and need to pay 30% of selling price. (cause of shipping)

Several types of goods are exempt from being refund & exchange. Custom items, blind box items, and special items (e.g. discounted specials).

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Free gift

    • Additional services such as warranty

To complete your return & exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/discount items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged goods. If it is confirmed that the problem is the product itself, please contact with us, it will be free.
If it is your personal wish to exchange goods, if you need to exchange the same items, please send an email to [vigorlist@gmail.com], and please write “Exchanges” at the beginning of the email subject. we will provide the return address, it is worth noting that the international shipping will bear by yourself.

Gifts

All gifts cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

But when you return the purchased product, you need to return the gift together.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
